Liability: The Ski- and Snowboard School Saas is not liable for accidents happening during lessons, races or on tours. Participants have to take out their own accident or liability insurance.

Cancellation conditions: For all cancellations you have to cantact the Ski School Office directly. Cancellations are accepted after reservation confirmation and/or payment, however cancellation costs do apply. 50% of the total costs is due for cancellations up to 3 days before the reserved start date and any time after, the full cost will be due.

Reimbursement: In case of illness or accident supported by a doctor’s note from a practicing doctor or a hospital in the area, reimbursement will be given for the unused days. There is no entitlement to reimbursement or any form of compensation for incon-
venience due to weather, danger of avanlanche, snow conditions, etc. If, however, a course or lesson cannot be held due to a skilift malfunction, the lesson will be credited to your account.

Prices: Basic prices are listed in Swiss francs. For payment in EURO, the exchange rate of the day is valid.

Payment: In addition to payments in cash (CHF), we accept EC-Direct, Postcard, Eurocard, VISA, American Express.

Group lessons: In the case of less than 4 participants’ enrollment, the Ski and Snowboard School Saas reserves the right to merge groups or cancel classes.
